What Is It?

Wall Pilates is just like traditional pilates but with the added use of a wall to perform exercises using your body weight and to create resistance. The added bonus of using the wall is that not only does it provide a form of resistance, but it also provides an extra level of support and stability whilst carrying out different exercises.
