Exercise Non-Delivery Days 2025/26

Please note that below is a list of Exercise closure/non-delivery dates throughout 2025. Exercise and our couriers operate Monday – Friday, 9am – 4:30pm, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

Delivery Charge

All orders under £99 will be subject to a £7.95 delivery charge. This charge will vary for orders outside UK Mainland (see below for more information on these charges).

Free delivery will apply to all orders over £99, excluding locations outside of UK Mainland.

All Gift Cards are sent by email for free immediately upon successful receipt of payment. The email containing the link to the Gift Card is considered received by the recipient when it has been sent to the email address provided by the customer.

Standard Delivery

We ship every small and medium-sized product on a 3-5 working day delivery option. Deliveries take place Monday – Friday only. *Applies to UK Mainland orders only.

Orders placed outside of UK Mainland will be subject to an additional delivery charge and a delivery time frame of 7-10 working days.

Please note someone must be available to sign for the item and any changes to the delivery and/or address made between yourself and the courier are at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any issues that occur if changes to the delivery a made without our involvement.

Palletways Large Item Delivery

All large items will take around 5-7 working days to arrive*.

Orders placed outside of UK Mainland will be subject to an additional delivery charge and a delivery time frame of 10-15 working days*.

*Please note the delivery will only take place within this time frame if the courier can contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

For large item delivery:

  • Your order will arrive on a fully secured pallet
  • The couriers will contact you to book a delivery date that suits you within 2-3 working days of you receiving your email to say we have shipped your order
  • The delivery will be to the kerbside of your property only
  • The driver will not be able to remove your order from the pallet
  • We have found this to be our most secure delivery option for large items
  • If you check your tracking and the number does not work, please contact us via live chat, as tracking numbers are subject to change with this courier.

DX 2-Man Delivery

Our middle-range and some of our higher-range items will ship via a DX 2Man service and arrive in 5-7 working days*.

Orders placed outside of UK Mainland may be subject to an additional delivery charge and a delivery time frame of 10-15 working days or may be shipped via a different courier.

Delivery Breakdown:

  • Once you have placed your order, we will process and ship this as per your order confirmation dates
  • DX 2Man will collect this from our warehouse
  • Once they have your order, they will text you 2-3 days later with a delivery date
  • The day before delivery, they will provide you with a time slot so you know when they will be delivering
  • When they arrive, they will bring the order into your home to a ground-floor room of your choice

Deliveries take place Monday – Friday, working days only.

Delivery & Installation COMING SOON

We offer an installation service on all our Marcy strength products, which can be purchased with your machine as an optional extra at the checkout or on its own post purchase.

Extra delivery charges may apply for postcodes outside the UK Mainland. Please see the product listing or checkout to see if this applies to your order – these are separate from the installation charge.

Once you have placed an order with us that includes installation, we will ship your order directly to you (see your order confirmation for details). We will then liaise with our third-party installers to arrange your installation at a time suitable for you. They will contact you directly within 72 working hours, and installation will take place within 10-14 working days of delivery (slightly longer for non-UK mainland postcodes).

Please note the product must be in the room you want it installed in before the installers arrive – the installers cannot move this for you. If your order is being delivered with DX 2Man, they will place this in your room of choice. All other couriers will be kerbside only.

The installers will not remove or dispose of any packaging.

We recommend allowing a full working day for the installation.

You can cancel your installation up to 48 working hours before the date you have arranged. Any cancellations after this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.

For rescheduled installations, there may be a revisit charge applied if we are notified less than 48 hours before the installation service is expected.

When you purchase installation, you are agreeing to us sharing your details with third-party installers. In line with GDPR, we will not share your details with anyone else.

Tracking My Order

Non-UK Mainland Delivery & Postcodes

We can ship to offshore and off mainland UK locations for an additional delivery charge (this charge is in addition to the £7.95 charge).

All prices will show at checkout prior to placing your order.

Please note that some postcodes are not included in UK Mainland deliveries and are either subject to additional delivery charges or currently unavailable for delivery. This will show when you add your address at checkout.

Missed Deliveries

Don’t panic! If you miss your delivery, our couriers should have left a calling card. If they haven’t, get in touch with us, and we’ll see if we can reschedule your delivery.

VAT Exemption

All the prices listed on the Exercise.co.uk website include VAT. If you live in Jersey or the Channel Islands, we are not able to take the VAT off the price of the purchase. 

Specific Date or Timed Deliveries

If you need your order delivered on a specific date Monday – Friday please let us know. We will try to schedule this with the couriers. Unfortunately, we cannot offer timed deliveries right now.
