All orders under £99 will be subject to a £5.95 delivery charge. This charge will vary for orders outside UK Mainland (see below for more information on these charges).
Free delivery will apply to all orders over £99, excluding locations outside of UK Mainland.
All Gift Cards are sent by email for free immediately upon successful receipt of payment. The email containing the link to the Gift Card is considered received by the recipient when it has been sent to the email address provided by the customer.

We ship every small and medium-sized product on a 1-2 working day delivery option. Deliveries take place Monday – Friday only. *Applies to UK Mainland orders only.
Couriers may include DPD, DX and UPS.
Orders placed outside of UK Mainland will be subject to an additional delivery charge and a delivery time frame of 5-7 working days.
Please note someone must be available to sign for the item and any changes to the delivery and/or address made between yourself and the courier are at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any issues that occur if changes to the delivery a made without our involvement.
All large items will take around 3-5 working days to arrive*.
Orders placed outside of UK Mainland will be subject to an additional delivery charge and a delivery time frame of 7-10 working days*.
*Please note the delivery will only take place within this time frame if the courier can contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
For large item delivery:
DX 2Man’s white glove service can ship some of our higher-range items. Choose them at the checkout for £39.99, and we’ll upgrade your delivery (UK Mainland only).
Our middle-range and some of our higher-range items will ship via a DX 2Man service and arrive in 3-5 working days*.
Orders placed outside of UK Mainland may be subject to an additional delivery charge and a delivery time frame of 7-10 working days or may be shipped via a different courier.
Unfortunately, some of our higher-range items are too heavy for us to ship with DX 2Man free of charge. At the checkout, these will show as Palletways deliveries, but for just £39.99, you can upgrade to DX 2Man for a white glove service (UK Mainland only).

A number of our larger products, including all Spirit Fitness cardio equipment ship via dropship from the manufacturer. Delivery takes 7-10 working days (slightly longer for non-UK mainland postcodes). Extra delivery may be charged for postcodes outside of UK Mainland. Please see the product listing or checkout to see if this applies to your order.
Delivery and installation (Spirit Fitness only) is an optional extra and is available to most areas within the UK for a charge of £250 and this must be selected when added to the basket. Delivery timescale for installation is 10-14 working days (slightly longer for non-UK mainland postcodes), and dates at the checkout should be ignored.

Don’t panic! If you miss your delivery, our couriers should have left a calling card. If they haven’t, get in touch with us, and we’ll see if we can reschedule your delivery.
All the prices listed on the Exercise.co.uk website include VAT. If you live in Jersey or the Channel Islands, we are not able to take the VAT off the price of the purchase.
If you need your order delivered on a specific date Monday – Friday please let us know. We will try to schedule this with the couriers. Unfortunately, we cannot offer timed deliveries right now.
