Free Delivery to UK Mainland on Orders Over £99.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only (including Northern Ireland). Delivery charges (if applicable) are clearly shown at checkout before you place your order. We do not deliver outside the UK.

      Delivery Timeframes

      Dispatch Time (processing your order):

      • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days

      Delivery Time (after dispatch):

      • UK Mainland: 2–4 working days
      • Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland: 3–7 working days

      ➡️ Total estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days (mainland UK)

      Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.


      Delivery Methods

      We use a range of trusted couriers depending on item size. The courier used will be specified at checkout and/or in your despatch email alongside your tracking details:

      • Small–Medium Items: DPD, Royal Mail, UPS, DX
      • Large / Bulky Items: Palletways or DX 2-Man delivery

      For larger items:

      • You may be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date
      • Delivery with Palletways is kerbside only
      • Delivery with DX 2-Man is to a Room of Choice

        Delivery Costs

        Delivery costs to UK Mainland addresses depend on:

        • Order value

        Delivery costs to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland addresses depend on:

        • Product size/weight
        • Delivery postcode

        All delivery charges are:

        • Clearly displayed in the basket (where applicable)
        • Confirmed at checkout before payment

        Delivery Areas & Restrictions

        We deliver to most UK postcodes, including:

        • England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland (for an additional charge)

        However:

        • Some remote areas may incur additional charges or longer delivery times
        • We do not deliver to:
          • BFPO addresses
          • PO Boxes

        Tracking Your Order

        Once your order has been dispatched:

        • You will receive a tracking link via email
        • Delivery updates will be provided directly by the courier

        Missed Deliveries

        If you miss your delivery:

        • The courier may attempt redelivery
        • Or leave instructions to rearrange delivery

        If you need help, our team can assist in rearranging delivery.


        Delivery Delays

        While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:

        • High demand periods
        • Stock availability
        • Courier issues outside of our control

        If there is a delay with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.


        Split Deliveries

        Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments if:

        • Multi-Item orders cannot be packaged together
        • Large products require separate handling

        You will be notified if this applies to your order and tracking for all shipments will be provided.


        Non-Delivery Days

        We do not deliver on:

        • Weekends
        • UK Bank Holidays
