Standard Warranty

We know that when you buy fitness equipment, you want it to last you for years to come. By registering your warranty with us, you are signing up to receive access to a wide range of features such as spare parts and repairs, as well as allowing us to provide expert, tailored advice on your products should you need it.

All warranties can be found in a product’s specification details, or you can head over to our parent company, PureTec Limited, to register your warranty or check out the different warranties for each brand:


Exercise Exercare Extended Warranty

Looking to cover your fitness equipment for longer than our standard warranty period? Exercare has got you covered – add 3 more years to your product!

Exercare Extended Warranty will be available on all Marcy strength products for an additional charge of ยฃ75 for an additional 3 years on your product after your standard warranty ends. Just add a Marcy product to your basket, tick to add Exercare, and you’re on your way.

Once your order has been placed, a member of the Exercise team will send you a confirmation form to read and sign, which will contain all of your warranty details, such as start and end dates and how to make a claim. Once we have this back, we will confirm this via email, and you’re all set. Failure to return a signed form within 14 days will result in the cancellation and refund of your policy.

What does Exercare Extended Warranty Cover?

  • Marcy Strength Products ONLY (home gyms, smith machines, cages, barbell benches and utility training benches)
  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Mechanical failures and loss of Parts resulting from normal use
  • Parts replacement for components such as upholstery, cables, pulleys, hardware and all consumable parts shown in the โ€˜parts listโ€™ illustrated within the product manual
  • Vouchers to the value of an equivalent replacement product in the event that required spare parts are unavailable within an acceptable timeframe
  • Accidental Damage
  • The Product MUST have been purchased from exercise.co.uk
  • Nationwide cover within the United Kingdom ONLY

What does Exercare Extended Warranty NOT Cover?

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, rust) which does not affect the Productโ€™s functionality
  • Loss, deliberate damage, misuse, abuse, theft or neglect
  • Cost of installation and/or disposal of the Product
  • Costs arising from not being able to use the Product, or damage to other property
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Product returns and/or refunds
  • Product replacements
  • Commercial use
  • Damage caused by improper storage or environmental conditions
  • Locations outside the United Kingdom โ€“ regardless of the original delivery address

I’ve already ordered – can I still cover my product?

Absolutely! You’ve got 3 months after you’ve bought your item to decide if you want to buy Exercare to cover your product for an additional 3 years. Just pop us an email with your purchase receipt or fill out the enquiry form here, and one of our super-helpful colleagues will help you to keep your item safe and sound.

Once we’ve checked if you’re eligible, we’ll get back to you with the next steps.

Please note that Exercare covers Marcy products purchased via Exercise.co.uk ONLY and only applies to certain products.

I’ve purchased Exercare but no longer want it – can I get a refund?

Of course. Just email us at [email protected] or call us on 0300 131 2790 within 14 days of purchasing Exercare, and we can cancel and refund your cover for you.

How to file a claim

Already have Exercare? You can file a claim in 3 simple steps.

  1. Email us at [email protected] or call us on 0300 131 2790
  2. Provide us with your Order Number, Warranty ID and Full name (all of this can be found on your warranty agreement) along with a description and evidence of the issue.
  3. We will review your claim and determine if it qualifies under your Exercare agreement before getting back to you with a solution!
