Make sure that you’re taking adequate rest between the days as scheduled if you can’t quite fit them in as shown above. A 30-day fitness challenge is a huge physical demand after all, and that needs to be remembered. If the challenge is too much, tone it down and just do your best. It is an extremely difficult challenge after all!
