How to Use:

Step 1: Pour water or other desired liquid into the blender.
Step 2: Place pieces of fruit needed for your favourite recipe into the blender.
Step 3: Screw on the lid and tighten sufficiently. Ensure that the arrow at the bottom of the bottle points towards the operation button.
Step 4: Tilt the blender bottle slightly and press the operation button twice to start blending.
Step 5: To make sure that the fruit mixes completely, shake the blender side to side for the best results whilst in operation.
Step 6: After 40 seconds, the blender will automatically stop. Enjoy your freshly made drink!

Please note: The blender will only operate for 40 seconds if there are contents in the bottle, an empty bottle will blend for a much shorter duration due to safety.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Exercise.co.uk.

If you change your mind, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Items should be in a resellable condition, including original packaging where reasonably possible.

Once your return has been approved, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods or arrange collection.

We recommend keeping proof of postage and evidence of the item’s condition before returning, until the return has been received and processed.

RETURN COSTS

If you are responsible for return costs and are returning the item yourself, original delivery charges are non-refundable.

If we arrange a collection, the cost of the collection will be confirmed in advance and deducted from your refund where applicable.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.

AFTER 14 DAYS

Returns requested after the 14-day notification period may not be eligible for a refund.

However, under our warranty policy, we may offer:

• replacement parts
• exchange
• or store credit valid for 12 months

This does not affect your statutory rights.
