TORQ Hydration Drink uses passive and facilitated transport mechanisms to optimise fluid and electrolyte delivery. Its hypotonic formulation capitalises on the passive transport process, whilst the high sodium and mild glucose content drives the facilitated transport activity. This makes TORQ Hydration Drink the most thorough and effective hydration product on the market today, with significant benefits over electrolyte tablets. TORQ Hydration Drink’s advanced hypotonic formulation is specifically aimed at optimising hydration where events/sessions are no more than an hour long, and heavy sweat loss is anticipated. RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Exercise.co.uk.

If you change your mind, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Items should be in a resellable condition, including original packaging where reasonably possible.

Once your return has been approved, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods or arrange collection.

We recommend keeping proof of postage and evidence of the item’s condition before returning, until the return has been received and processed.

RETURN COSTS

If you are responsible for return costs and are returning the item yourself, original delivery charges are non-refundable.

If we arrange a collection, the cost of the collection will be confirmed in advance and deducted from your refund where applicable.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.

AFTER 14 DAYS

Returns requested after the 14-day notification period may not be eligible for a refund.

However, under our warranty policy, we may offer:

• replacement parts
• exchange
• or store credit valid for 12 months

This does not affect your statutory rights.
