When using the walking pad, use the included Remote Control to do all settings while you walk – The LED display console on the cockpit displays all metrics. When using as a treadmill, the grip pulse sensors allow you to monitor your heart rate in real time, and the built-in tablet/phone holder allows you to entertain yourself or track your progress.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Exercise.co.uk. If you change your mind, you can inform us that you wish to return most items within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, unused and in original packaging, for a refund. You then have 14 days to return the goods or have the goods collected.

We recommend keeping evidence that you sent the goods back, as well as evidence of their condition before you passed them to your courier for return to us (in case the courier damages the goods in transit, whilst you are still responsible for those goods).

If you are responsible for the cost of return and are returning this yourself, we will refund you in full, excluding the cost of postage from your original order.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, get in touch immediately, and we can help arrange an exchange or refund at no extra cost.
