The DUAL rotating UPPER & LOWER PULLEYS system run on 2 DIFFERENT PULLEY TROLLEYS, so you can even set different weights on each side. This amazing Home Gym comes with a sealed ball-bearing Pulley system to provide a smooth glide experience. With the 2 CABLE HANDLES INCLUDED for crossovers, you can efficiently target your Chest muscles, Biceps and Triceps, to name a few.
The SM-4903 also allows you to use an independent Free Weight 7-ft Olympic Barbell (not incl.). You can set to any height as a secondary safety precaution to rack the bar, like in a Power Cage, thanks to the 2 Adjustable External Bar Catches and to the 2 Full-Length Safety Catch Structures on each side.
The ADJUSTABLE BENCH can be easily pulled out of the cage thanks to the CARRY HANDLE & TRANSPORT WHEELS. It allows you to use free weights, like Dumbbells, for example (not incl.), to target more muscles. It will enable you also to free space under the cage for Squats, Lunges, Pullups and many more workout exercises. The BENCH SEAT has 4 adjustment positions, while the BACKREST has 6, including a Flat position and a 90° one, to give you flexibility throughout your workout. The Padding comes with a High-Density Deluxe Boxed UPHOLSTERY to make it comfortable and safe, as the Bench has a total load capacity of a staggering 272 kg.
The multiple grips PULL UP BAR has two-pronged benefits for both upper aerobic strength and back bulking pullups. If that's not enough, the SM-4903 includes another classic bodyweight standout feature from a Power Tower, such as the adjustable DIP STATION for chest and triceps chiselling training. You can use the BAND ANCHORS, located on each side of the cage's, to attach Resistance Bands to warm up, tone, muscle, and relax your muscles, depending on their strength. These can be used to warm up before getting into serious weightlifting. Unlike the other Smith machines, the Marcy SM-4903 has a Weight Plates STORAGE RACK at the rear of the machine to keep your Home Gym tidy and safe.
