A leg extension on the other side will also target your hamstrings. The maximum resistance depends on the section of the machine.

That other side is packed with many gym stations such as an independent pec dec, press arms for chest press, shoulder press, and reverse seated row, high and low cable for all sort of pulldowns, curls and rows. A third pulley cable system in the middle allows for abdominal crunches using the included ab crunch straps/triceps rope attachment.

RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Items should be in a resellable condition, including original packaging where reasonably possible.

Once your return has been approved, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods or arrange collection.

We recommend keeping proof of postage and evidence of the item’s condition before returning, until the return has been received and processed.

RETURN COSTS

If you are responsible for return costs and are returning the item yourself, original delivery charges are non-refundable.

If we arrange a collection, the cost of the collection will be confirmed in advance and deducted from your refund where applicable.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
