The Marcy AquaPro Hydro rowing machine is 90% pre-assembled and ready to row in 10 minutes. It’s Bluetooth connected to access fitness apps, taking your rowing experience to the next level, immersing you in the splashes and feeling of nature even while rowing at home.

Construction wise, the Marcy AquaPro is made of FSC certified premium oak, ensuring sustainable forestry practices. It has excellent durability and stability to support a user of 135kg. The ergonomic seat slides on a 120cm long double rail track with wheels under the seat and between the 2 rails giving you a silky-smooth experience while paddling. The sturdy pedals are adjustable to the size of your feet to support your every stroke and for more flexibility and comfort!

The Marcy AquaPro features a 12-propeller blades design that multiplies the resistance; plus, the built-in large 22L water tank to further adjust the resistance depending on the amount of water in the tank, and on how hard you pull. Fill or empty the tank with the included water pump as explained in the manual. Use purified water, or use the included water purification tablets to ensure clean and safe water.

The round console is another new concept, with different ambience light in standby mode or depending on the program. Press on it to start. It displays workout data such as speed, time, distance, and calories, stroke count, 500m Pace, stroke rate, and scan to indicate that the data is in carousel mode.

The AquaPro Bluetooth allows you to connect to several Fitness Apps, such as Kinomap App for example, allowing you to access videos with lake and river routes to row on around the world. The application automatically changes the resistance of the rower, should you choose to row in a descending river. It is more real than people think.

14 DAY RETURN POLICY SUMMARY

All returns are paid by you (The Customer), and the item must be in it’s original packaging (in a resellable condition) and we require the items to be returned within 14 working days of the return request date. Any return requests placed after the 14-day cooling period can be refused or may be subject to an additional admin charge for processing the return request which has been submitted. We do not provide an installation service, so if you have used a 3rd party installation service, you will not be eligible for the installation refund.

If you end the contract for any reason after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them. You must either return the goods in person to where you bought them, post them back to us or (if they are not suitable for posting) allow us to collect them from you. Please call customer services on 0300 131 2790 or email us at [email protected] for a return label or to arrange collection. If you are a consumer exercising your right to change your mind you must send off the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract and we recommend keeping evidence that you sent the goods back, as well as evidence of their condition before you passed them to your courier for return to us (in case the courier damages the goods in transit whilst you are still responsible for those goods).

If you are responsible for the cost of return and are returning this yourself, we will refund you in full, excluding the cost of postage from your original order.

If we are collecting the product from you, we will refund you in full excluding the direct cost of collection we were charged and excluding the postage charge from your original order (if there was one). All costs will be provided to you prior to any collections being arranged.

Items cannot be returned for a full refund outside of the 14 days. However, you may be eligible for parts, an exchange or a store credit refund to spend within 1 year to spend at exercise. Please contact customer services for more information.

Please see section 9.3 of our Terms of Purchase for instances where we will pay for the cost of returns. If you are entitled to a refund under these terms, we will refund you the price you paid for the products, including delivery costs, using the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described in section 9.6 of our Terms of Purchase.

GIFT CARDS

Customers are provided with the right to cancel an order within a period of 14 days under Consumer Protection Regulations 2013. That 14 day period begins the day after the day goods are received. Customers may not return Gift Cards that have been fully or partially used before the end of the relevant 14 day period. Customers must cancel an order in writing, either by letter or email, within the 14 day period. In this event, the gift card code will be deactivated to prevent use.

On deactivation of the gift card, in accordance with these terms and conditions, the total amount of the order shall be refunded.

Refunds are made within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the date the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with these terms and conditions, provided goods are returned/deactivated/unused as required under these terms and the Consumer Protection Regulations 2013.  Any Gift Card that is damaged or missing credit will not be refunded or exchanged. EXERCISE won’t refund by cash.

In the case of your gift card not being received via email, please check all areas of your emails, including spam/junk folders. If the Gift Card recipient hasn’t received the link by email, the Customer can download it again from his/her online EXERCISE account under “My Cards “and resend it to the recipient’s email address.

If it still is not received, please contact us via the email address you used to place the order, and our team will see if we are able to provide you with the gift card. We cannot send copies of gift cards to any email address that isn’t on the order. In this event, we may be able to refund the gift card as long as we are contacted within 14 days of placing the order.

If you paid online using a gift card, we are not able to refund this amount back to your bank account. A new gift card will be automatically generated by our system and sent to you via email. Please note that if you paid an additional amount with your credit card or Paypal, this will automatically be refunded within 7 business days.

If you split your payment between gift card and another method (e.g. gift card and PayPal), you’ll be refunded by gift card first and any remainder will be refunded via the other method.
