Instant Ice and Hot Packs are used for treating a wide range of soft tissue injuries, therefore these products must be certified as Class IIa Medical devices and accredited to ISO13485:2016, as required by Medicines & Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

If an Instant Ice or Hot Pack does not show a CE mark and authority number, then they're NOT suitable for medical or therapeutic use.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Exercise.co.uk.

If you change your mind, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Items should be in a resellable condition, including original packaging where reasonably possible.

Once your return has been approved, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods or arrange collection.

We recommend keeping proof of postage and evidence of the item’s condition before returning, until the return has been received and processed.

RETURN COSTS

If you are responsible for return costs and are returning the item yourself, original delivery charges are non-refundable.

If we arrange a collection, the cost of the collection will be confirmed in advance and deducted from your refund where applicable.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.

AFTER 14 DAYS

Returns requested after the 14-day notification period may not be eligible for a refund.

However, under our warranty policy, we may offer:

• replacement parts
• exchange
• or store credit valid for 12 months

This does not affect your statutory rights.
