Once you have placed an order with us that includes installation, we will ship your order directly to you (see your order confirmation for details). You should expect to receive an email from a team member confirming that your order has been processed and the details have been passed to the installers.
We will then liaise with our third-party installers to arrange your installation at a time suitable for you. They will contact you directly within 72 working hours, and installation will take place within 10-14 working days of delivery (slightly longer for non-UK mainland postcodes).
Please note the product must be in the room you want it installed in before the installers arrive โ the installers cannot move this for you. If your order is being delivered with DX 2Man, they will place this in your room of choice. All other couriers will be kerbside only.
The installers will not remove or dispose of any packaging.
We recommend allowing a full working day for the installation.
You can cancel your installation up to 48 working hours before the scheduled date. Any cancellations after this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.
For rescheduled installations, a revisit charge may apply if we are notified less than 48 hours before the scheduled installation.
When you purchase installation, you are agreeing to us sharing your details with third-party installers. In line with GDPR, we will not share your details with anyone else.

We reserve the right to cancel any installation purchase at any time. If this is due to an error on our behalf, you will be refunded in full. If the installation is purchased for an excluded postcode, this will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Excluded postcodes include BT, PO (ISLE OF WIGHT), IM, HS, TR (ISLES OF SCILLY), INNER HEBRIDES, ANY SCOTLAND ISLANDS LIKE ISLE OF MULL, ISLAY, JURA, NORTHERN IRELAND, REPUBLIC OF IRELAND
Once your machine is assembled, the installers will walk you through it to make sure it works, show you how to use it, and complete a form to ensure there are no issues or snags. Any issues will be sent to us, and we will be in touch to resolve them; however, once this form is signed, you agree that you are happy with the product as is. Any issues such as cosmetic damage, not mentioned on the snag form at the time of install, may not be able to be rectified. So make sure you’re 100% happy before our installers leave!
Then you just need to register your warranty. All products are covered by a free, standard 2-year warranty. If any parts fail or the product develops a fault, contact us directly, and we can get this fixed for you. For most products, replacing a part is a simple fix, so we will ship the part to you with a simple how-to guide on how to replace this – the installers won’t come back out to you.

Once your product has been installed, it is also no longer eligible for return. If the product is faulty or damaged, the returns policy applies, and after the 14 days, your warranty covers you; however, if you decide you no longer want the product once assembled, the returns policy does not apply.
If you decide you no longer want the product and/or installation within the 48 working hours of your scheduled install, you can return your product; however, as per the returns policy, this will incur a returns fee, and you will not receive a refund of the installation charge.
